| Who may file |
• if your Green Card has an upcoming expiration date;
• if you turned 14 years of age, you need to replace the Green Card that was issued to you before your 14th birthday;
• if your status has been automatically converted to permanent resident;
• if your Green Card is old and outdated, you need to replace it with the current type of card.
• Commuter status taking residence or requesting residence while residing outside the U.S.

• if your Green Card was lost, stolen, destroyed;
• if your Green Card is damaged or mutilated;
• if information in your Green Card was incorrect and the error was made by US CIS
• if you never received your Green Card |

If you turned 14 since your last Card was issued, you must be fingerprinted and pay $70.00 fingerprint fee with the your application fee. |
If you turned 14 since your original Green Card was issued, you must be fingerprinted and pay $70.00 fingerprint fee with the your application fee. |

Fees
- If filing to renew you card within 30 days of turning 14 – no fee
- $365.00 – payable to US CIS – base fee
- $365.00 + $80.00 for fingerprinting - if you turned 14 since your last card was issued
* Access Legal charges $100.00 to complete, review, and submit your Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card. This fee includes assistance with any additional information that may be requested by US CIS in connection with your petition.
